dropping off was rough because the parking lot is so incredibly small, but the staff were kind and knew what to look for and what questions to ask

AC quit working an hour into my drive from Oklahoma to Texas. The truck smells like animal urine. The driver side door would not shut completely and the alignment is so bad that the truck was veering towards the side. I would like a refund.

TIA TTwo guys working, small lot and not enough room to return the van without asking where we could park it. Tried to tell him that after I reported the damage to truck caused by another UHaul rental customer who hit mine in a parking lot, he said he did not need to see it. So I took the pictures you told me to, uploaded and at the end of the claim was told to give the details and show the damaged areas when I returned the truck. I did not do this as the person indicated it was not necessary.
