I needed the smallest van and feel i was way overcharged bc they switched on me. I would have rather had zero ramp and smaller truck. Spent $200+ for a few hours for one appliance. Also felt they were annoyed that my DL wouldn't take due to my android phone.

Trailer had issues from the get go but I had already been given run around with U-Haul and they messed up my whole schedule so I was stuck with this location.
