How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat service, and team asked about my needs to Make sure that I had the proper equipment to do the job
Garland BI honestly can’t think of one thing to change I’ve used this location multiple times and never have had any issues great job!!
KELLIE MThere is no clear customer parking anywhere just to be clear. I was made to re-park my car 3 separate times with no clear direction of where they were wanting me to park and no dedicated customer parking. I went there initially to get the truck, and chose to leave and try the u-haul off of 59th. In OKC. I waited in the building watching the employee just smoking a cigarette outback for about 20 min. I then left and did it online myself and picked up at western. I was literally begging to do business with anyone at that point. There are other alternatives to U-haul. When I dropped the truck off they were just as ugly first go around. Pathetic.
Erin AThe whole rental went well, thank you.
