Was not told this wasn’t a U-Haul location. Their computer was down. The U-Haul experience as a whole was bad from start to finish.

NOEL GThe cost and fees were unclear. I was charged for additional items that I actually I did NOT want while reserving the UHaul online. The in-store representative was not helpful, except to continually tell me to "go online." Not really her fault as her English was minimal. It's fine, it all worked out, and I was reimbursed the extra unwanted charges. Also, you shouldn't charge mileage on top of the rental price. I guess that's just me, but it's expensive. I'll most likely try to find a far more inexpensive van/truck rental service next time. Nonetheless, thank you for following up.
