Driver door did not shut properly and when it did shut it locked me out of the uhaul all together. It took go uhaul 4 hours to come and get the door open for me making my trip 4 hours behind and sat in traffic in every state from CT to MD.

RICHARD KI reserved a U-Haul truck for a move that I did locally. The vehicle was in excellent condition when I picked it up, and the manager at Fastrax was great and a pleasure to work with.
