The people were nice but this location has lifestyle items for sale that some people might not be comfortable with. Also, I was charged more than I was quoted for.

John DThe truck had a leak in the roof above the attic and it was raining for the entire time we had the truck. I told the employee after we returned it and he made notes about it. Also the truck stalled several times. I rent a lot of trucks from Uhaul and this one is the first one that had these problems. No damage to the shipment because we had item in plastic totes that were directly below the leak but the bottoms of all the boxes were wet.
JULIAN RThe guy helping me didn't seem to know what he was doing and took forever. He asked someone else working there to take over and she did a decent job of helping me. But when I started my trip the next day, I found out the front driver's side tire was down to 60 psi (when it was supposed to be at 80 like the others). I had to find a place to pump it up. The next day, when I was returning the truck I saw that it was down again - I think it was at 72). The battery on the truck was weak and every time I started it, I thought that might be the last time (thankfully, it did not fail to start before I got it turned in). Very poorly maintained vehicle. It sounded like it was on it's last legs when I drove it....
