I was told to just drop off by this location. No questions asked. I was told I would receive a receipt via email in an hour. I didn’t until the next day and was charged $21. They said wrong drop off. I had an open drop off. I also went to the two other U-Haul locations in Morehead before this one and it didn’t appear they were in business.

Katheryn KI didn’t realize I would have a cleaning fee if I had I would have sprayed it off myself. We were in middle of ice snow storm but again I would have cleaned myself And the last day when I turned in I was charged and extension fee but don’t think I should have been charged or at least 1/2 of the fee

TIMOTHY HGot charged 25$ for a cleaning fee for a 26 footer because they are saying it was full of dirt. Well it was like that when we got it and I had to clean my furniture off before I could even use it. 25$ stole. And the truck ran so bad I thought the transmission was going to fall out of it.
