The customer service was top-notch. Guy was super friendly and answered the questions I had. Had me checked in, and my trailer on the road within 10 minutes. Checking the trailer back in was super simple. Parked it, snapped a few pics, and I was on my way. Can’t ever go wrong with UHaul. I’ve not had a bad experience yet!

Katheryn KI was told to just drop off by this location. No questions asked. I was told I would receive a receipt via email in an hour. I didn’t until the next day and was charged $21. They said wrong drop off. I had an open drop off. I also went to the two other U-Haul locations in Morehead before this one and it didn’t appear they were in business.

Katheryn KI didn’t realize I would have a cleaning fee if I had I would have sprayed it off myself. We were in middle of ice snow storm but again I would have cleaned myself And the last day when I turned in I was charged and extension fee but don’t think I should have been charged or at least 1/2 of the fee
