Improve the camera of the U-haul App, because the photo I took of my license was blurry and that caused a delay in my authorization process. And make sure that the code to open the black box where the key is is correct. Today I was given an incorrect code.

The truck had not been turned around from the last customer, there was no key. It took 30 minutes in the phone for a representative to find another truck for me to use. I was very happy with the credit that was issued, but wish it did not take 30 minutes. I was told the area manger would call the next day to let me know if I could extend the rental, but he did not call until after the truck was returned. He was very nice though
