Make sure requested equipment is in the truck ready if people are picking up after hours. Overall truck ran great

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad trash in it from previous user but that really didn’t matter to me. The truck wasn’t as clean as other u hauls I’ve used in the past but the truck did well and I got what I had to do done so 5 star for the truck and 4 for cleanliness
Tyler CThe app needs improvement or whatever bug it has fixed. Both at pickup and drop off the app was just continuously loading. I had to call customer service both times. If the app worked like it should, I'd be extremely happy with the experience
Christina DReally, nothing
JOHN FUhaul app is so bad it makes the whole rental process significantly worse. See my 1 star review on the play store.
