Very busy at return time - sending out quicker than return and had to wait a bit but the area is hard hit and understand under the circumstances

Simple drop off- easy to find.
VANESSA LNo one was at this location. I was instructed to drop it off at United Auto Sales at 368 East Fleming but they refused to take it and frankly couldn't even take his feet off the desk to offer anything, just saying "we're full" and go take it down to Sums, which as I said no one was there and it was full. The whole drop off mess left me confused, but with my daughter help we figured it out . . . certainly not with any help from the drop off folks. Y
