They to rude and very bad old people, service to slow feels like they try to intimidate because I'm Spanish men Then wen. I drop the the trailer was a raining day they want to drop the trailer in the grass I refuse because was raining and don't want get stock in the grass , after spend 30 minutes complain whit them they charge in my credit card 30$ that's bad get money for no reason is crazy I never go back there
Bonifacio M.I hate to even be writing this review. This was the first time I had been to this location. The equipment was not well maintained at all. I did not have to go far, so I did not complain. But then I was charged for 6 gallons of gas, and I only used this truck to go a total of 9 miles. I rent from Uhaul often, but normally use the same location, and was very frustrated at this. I just felt like this was very excessive, and did not give me a good first impression.
jessi C.You changed my pickup location and did not notify me. I learned of the new pick up location when I went to my requested pickup location (301 Carbon City Rd Morganton NC) This was a waste of time and gas for me to go across town. Although the truck operated satisfactorily, the driver side door had to be slammed to close it.
Saxon S.Same thing. Took after hours. Was supposed to drop off at a gas station like the app instructed. Cashier stated they stopped the end of last year and unsure why it's an option and it was the third time it happened that day. So had to call. And drive around to find a place. Once got to the place, terrible service. Called 4 times. 2 times was disconnected during transfer. Ended up dropping the keys off at a close uhaul facility based on cashiers feedback since uhaul couldn't help. And we let them figure it out in the morning. Another 2 hours of our time trying to get the app to work. And support. It was horrendous.
