The drop of in Virginia was terrible I stopped going in and they said I could drop the trailer I drove back 30 mins after dropping off my sons stuff then she said I couldn’t drop it because she thought I was local then she said the owner wasn’t taking any more trailers I call the 800 number for U-Haul and they took care of it

Lee CThe trailer looked clean inside, but after loading with white furniture it was covered in black dust. All that was put inside will have to be repainted. No very happy.
Philip PImprove the camera of the U-haul App, because the photo I took of my license was blurry and that caused a delay in my authorization process. And make sure that the code to open the black box where the key is is correct. Today I was given an incorrect code.
