GEORGE WThe workers and location itself were fine. The issue is that my reservation was changed 4 times within 24 hours to different locations and different size trucks than what I needed despite me reaching out the day before to confirm my original location and booking was good to go. This included being sent 40 minutes out of my way to get a truck that wasn’t there so I had to drive another 40 minutes out of my way to another location to get a truck. The end result was picking up a truck I didn’t request at a location I didn’t request and having to drop off at a location I didn’t request while wasting most of my day. I wasn’t once offered any compensation for being incredibly inconvenienced. If given the option to go through that again or drag my ball across shards of glass and rusty, used needles, I would take the shards of glass and needles. I’m not sure I can recall a worse experience or more inept operations.
