Old gas station, the female clerk was friendly but no help to my drop off. The male clerk was marginally friendly, also did not have a clue but called someone and then told me just to park it in the back next to other trailers and leave. I checked the UHaul app which had good drop off instructions and followed those and took the pics. I was offered no assistance with unhooking the trailer.
MICHAEL KI was charged twice due to bad connectivity out in the open at a gas station! Thankfully I had enough cash or else I would have been S.O.L.! Guess what though? At the end of the day, my bank charge went through anyway & I'm having to fight tooth & nail to get my $115.00 back!!! NEVER again will I rent a Uhaul this way! Shame on me for thinking that things have changed & that technically can indeed provide.
