The truck had one wiper blade that needed to be replaced and the heat did not work in the truck. It was a very cold weekend, so travel was miserable. The staff at this location was very nice however and willing to help, but did not have wiper blades to replace the blade. I did not report the heat because we needed to focus on moving out.

Thanks for a moment, I thought I would use it for longer but I managed to finish it ahead of schedule.
Israel GEverything was pretty easy from the start. The truck was in semi new condition and I drove it up a steep hill covered in thick ice with absolutely no trouble at all. I went over the return time a little and wasn’t charged. That’s why I always use U-haul. I’ll be back. Thanks guys!
Samuel GThe truck was clean and in good working condition when I picked it up. When I spoke with the location on the phone prior to pick up, they were very helpful and nice. Since they're closed on Saturdays, I opted to do self-checkout on the U-Haul app. The process would have been very simple, but the U-Haul site was down. That was very frustrating, but even U-Haul corporate customer service was very, very helpful.
Jolean GAdam was great. He helped me and made everything go smooth. I will definitely recomend them to everyone. A great experience. Thank you Adam.
