We wanted to let you know that the transmission shifts really super hard when you’re driving there might be something going wrong with it and the inside needs cleaned. There was spilled soda or coffee. The inside was not clean at all. We actually had to clean it before we traveled in this particular truck. The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is always friendly. This is not our first time to rent from them, but it is the first time that we received a dirty truck.

TODD PI called prior to my trip. I was forced to leave a message. No one called me back. Hours said open until 6 on Saturday. When I got there the building had a note on the door saying they were closed for the weekend. They were no help at all.
