Just a drop off location. Person working at the time just took the keys and the paperwork. Said there was no receipt to give as proof that the truck was returned.

christine SI was never asked my name when I went to pick up the truck so they could have given it to anyone the employee had me call his boss before he would give ma a key and again no one asked my name even when I questioned if it was the right size truck the employee said they didn't know I would have 5o call his boss again the truck was not clean communication at this location was not happening and I was over charged
CAROLYN WTruck bed was a bit dirty and the pads were not in the back of the truck when I picked it up. I almost left without them.
