I was never asked my name when I went to pick up the truck so they could have given it to anyone the employee had me call his boss before he would give ma a key and again no one asked my name even when I questioned if it was the right size truck the employee said they didn't know I would have 5o call his boss again the truck was not clean communication at this location was not happening and I was over charged

Truck bed was a bit dirty and the pads were not in the back of the truck when I picked it up. I almost left without them.
ANDREW SWhen I picked the Uhaul up at the first location, this is the one they told me to drop it off at. When I arrived, the attendant had no record thay I would be dropping off a Uhaul that day. I had called this location prior to going there, as i was asked to do from the first location, but nobody answered the phone. So after multiple attempts at calling, I decided to just go there. This location seemed a bit confused when I left, but at least the experience was finished with Uhaul.
MEGAN MPick up and drop off went well. I made my reservation online and just before the day of the order , the pick up location was changed and the same thing happened about my drop off location . I wasn’t very happy about the fact that this happened as the locations were not as convenient. The people at both locations were very helpful and fast.
AMY SHave a profile is the person saved as an account so that we don't have to reach out drivers license and wait for approval and stuff like that
