The truck had four bags of blankets still in it and three wheel dolly’s. The employee that was working at the time was not familiar with the the entire process.

Did not make contact with anyone at the location. Just dropped the key off in the Dropbox.
Sharlotte SThey were busy tinting windows so they let me just leave them the keys and they would check it in later. They waited until the next morning to check in the truck. This cost me a late fee and so far two extra trips to Apex Tint looking for a refund.
