The car was not clean. There was trash under the seats and the cupholders were covered in spilled soda and coffee. Worse, the truck was dangerous. The alignment was terribly off, the tires needed to be balanced and the brakes functioned poorly. It made for a harrowing experience. Had I not been in a deadline, I would have returned the truck immediately.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLower tire pressure light was on at pick up. Only driving a few miles so was not concerned but please attend to it for next rental. Customer service agent was very courteous. Thank you
loretta bThe one little caveat in the whole experience: the van had a flashing light for low tire pressure as I picked it up, although the attendant told me she was aware of it and it was not a concern.
