The van was great. However, I was never told that I need to download the app and that NOBODY would be there to help. It was CLOSED all weekend. As a senior , it took a very long time to figure out how to proceed with the download of the app, and then I was timed out and couldn't retrieve the van. I needed to call and wait several times for a live person to answer and assist me. The number on the door of SafeHaven went right to voicemail. Upon return, I was told to just drop the key in the box, when in fact it was a multistep process of taking pictures from every angle in and out of the truck. This was NEVER communicated. Also, the dolly, which I requested and paid for was not in the van.

The facility was closed before 5pm on Saturday when I returned it. Signage was poor.
CHRISTOPHER GThough the van has some issues with a slight leak coming from the cargo area roof making the floor a bit wet when it rained out, and the front tires being quite worn and needing to be replaced, the van drove well. I had no mechanical issues.

Hunter TDropped off on a weekend and the sign stated truck should be parked in the back, drove each side but these is no access to the back of the building so parked in front with other Uhaul trucks that were parked int he front.
