Dropped off on a weekend and the sign stated truck should be parked in the back, drove each side but these is no access to the back of the building so parked in front with other Uhaul trucks that were parked int he front.
KATHRYN VThe truck was fine but it took almost an hour to get it checked out and was an absolute pain. None of the equipment I rented was in the truck so I jsut had to deal the day of my move with no preparation- and I still got charged for it even though I acknowledged it was t there so tomorrow I have to spend time calling to get a refund.

JEREMIAS MThere should be signs from inside the back Saying where the door opener is to get out. Sliding door on side was very very difficult To open. Should be a noted that internal lights will remain on For over a minute after locked from outside.
