This was a very difficult process nobody to ask any questions of office closed. I had asked for blankets to be put in the van did not receive them. It took me 2 1/2 hours to get the van. The process was ridiculous and not friendly at all, and the return was even worse not user-friendly, especially for somebody that’s elderly and has to do everything on the phone. Ridiculous. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

The van was great. However, I was never told that I need to download the app and that NOBODY would be there to help. It was CLOSED all weekend. As a senior , it took a very long time to figure out how to proceed with the download of the app, and then I was timed out and couldn't retrieve the van. I needed to call and wait several times for a live person to answer and assist me. The number on the door of SafeHaven went right to voicemail. Upon return, I was told to just drop the key in the box, when in fact it was a multistep process of taking pictures from every angle in and out of the truck. This was NEVER communicated. Also, the dolly, which I requested and paid for was not in the van.
monica pThe facility was closed before 5pm on Saturday when I returned it. Signage was poor.
CHRISTOPHER GThough the van has some issues with a slight leak coming from the cargo area roof making the floor a bit wet when it rained out, and the front tires being quite worn and needing to be replaced, the van drove well. I had no mechanical issues.
