This entire experience was a shit show. Granted I was late to pick up the van but customer service was horrendous. The only number provided outside of the storage place which was closed was a live text. That rep Was totally useless. The phone rep took forever. I wasted 30 mins plus for nothing. The app is the worst I’d ever experienced. Also booking at 20 bucks and being charged 120 to go 40 miles seemed ridiculous for a horrible expwience. The van hasn’t been wiped for dust in months. Will not be quick to use U-Haul in the future.
william gJust be sure information is correct at booking I was informed insurance was $15 and ended up being $30 The van was extremely dirty cargo area, cockpit and outside : Dont care about how clean is outside but yes the cargo and cockpit
PAUL PKey lock was impossible to open. Took almost an hour, in the rain, to finally get it open. The locks are outside, weathered and coroded, and dont work well at all. Truck's drivers seat adjustment was jammed, and zi had to drive smashed up against the dash.
Owen GThis was a very difficult process nobody to ask any questions of office closed. I had asked for blankets to be put in the van did not receive them. It took me 2 1/2 hours to get the van. The process was ridiculous and not friendly at all, and the return was even worse not user-friendly, especially for somebody that’s elderly and has to do everything on the phone. Ridiculous. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
