I was supposed to pick the unit at 1:00Pm, I had to wait 1 more hour for the U-Haul person on this location, I received the unit 2:00pm which is disappointing and also this was an hour I should be refunded.

As an older person there are times when technology on our phones and computers become a little cumbersome. If it can be made easier to rent and register a vehicle that would be great.

ROBERTO TI returned my equipment more than 24 hours ago. However, I have no record from you confirming that the gas tank was filled to the level at which I received it. I have no record that I drove the truck approximately 200 miles, and I have no record that the truck was returned before the time required by the contract. This is not a good way to do business.
STEPHAN JThe equipment was clean and seen somewhat maintained.. it was hard to get the truck into reverse and park gear. I would recommend this place due the convenience of the location but wish it had more size trucks to chose from.
