I'm not Happy for several reasons. 1st-My initial reservation was at a different location and literally while standing there waiting to be serviced a rep from Uhaul central called to ask if I was still interested in the rental or not and I informed him that not only did I still need the rental, but I was and had been at the location for quite some time. The rep then tried to contact the location via phone several times and had to give up while I was waiting which is what led me to the location that I rented the vehicle from. The initial reservation place should not be listed as a pickup location going forward, because they are horrible! 2nd-When making my reservation online, I explicitly did not accept the insurance package, yet I was charged for that in my final bill. The person who was helping me with the rental was 30 minutes late. I had a far move and that messed up my scheduling. The guy was nice but its no excuse to be late for a reserved pick up.
JOSHUA MI was supposed to pick the unit at 1:00Pm, I had to wait 1 more hour for the U-Haul person on this location, I received the unit 2:00pm which is disappointing and also this was an hour I should be refunded.
Allam LAs an older person there are times when technology on our phones and computers become a little cumbersome. If it can be made easier to rent and register a vehicle that would be great.
