The van was in a deplorable condition it look like it has never been wash since it came in the fleet both inside and outside of the vehicle was dirty. I rent vehicles every year and this has been the worst. I even had to put sheets on the floor because I didn’t want it to mess up my daughter school stuff. The van also feels like it was also not been serviced the gear to a while to change from 1st to 2nd gear. It needs to be removed from the fleet and be serviced.
