They did not have the cargo van that I requested. Instead they gave me a 10 foot truck which was more expensive than the cargo van. The cargo van was originally $1.59 a mile. However the 10 foot truck was $1.99 a mile. They said the cargo van was an accident but it was in the yard without any damage. In either case I was switch to a more expensive vehicleKENRICK M.

Pick up place was poor, was supposed to use my phone to pick up but ended up needing the guy at front for everything, for some reason the app didn't ask me for fuel level or mileage at pick up, the guy told me to put on the app that the truck had no damages without letting me see the truck first, also the truck was blocked by another truck, overall will not choose this place againJose A.

I think my uhaul experience was a bit frustrating but the customer service workers were very helpful. I think that Uhaul needs to coordinate better with the schedules of the actual location, for example I had a schedule for a different location for 8am but my reservation was switched to self check in, then I was sent to this location and was told it would be open by 9 however it wasn't open until 9:45. That was very frustrating. Luckily the customer service rep was able to extend my time w the truck. The truck was as clean as it it could be given its purpose.Masiel V.
I made my reservation through the app and i did not select CDW. I only drove about 5mi total and had the vehicle for about 2 hours.I figured that i did not need CDW but i noticed it on my bill.Andrew H.

Location was changed a day before move. Had to go 3 towns away instead of 1. Truck had less than an eighth of a tank when received. Almost ran out of gas before getting to nearest service station which was only 25 miles away. No furniture pads at location at time of pickup even though it was ordered and confirmed the day before on the phone. Furniture ended up damaged because I had no time to get any.Evan R.

From making the reservation to picking up the truck to the return it was seamless. The shop was closed when I returned the truck but I was instructed prior to park the truck at a specific place.
