Needed a way to move some things from an apartment of a friend to a storage unit. Called Uhaul at Real Deals Auto Sales on 2/27/2025 and talked to a very nice man. He helped us in securing a cargo van, picked up on 3/1/2025 and returned on 3/2/2025. Transaction was easy, pick up and drop off was easy.

The furniture dollies that were requested were not in the vehicle. The customer service agent that I spoke to about it (the location was closed at the time of rental) was very rude. The automated seen in the App was clunky and slow.
Ron WThe trailer was missing at least one tie-down hook on the floor (broken off). That made securing the load difficult.
