I was charged a extra day because I picked it up a day earlier but I returned it at the 6 day mark but was charged for 7 and did not get my refund for the extra day

SHAWNA MI would recommend if you rent a truck or you are strong enough to maneuver a trailer into position along with doing the online check in. In all my years renting UHaul trailers, I personally have never had to maneuver the trailer from the gate to a spot where I had to hitch and hookup the trailer myself. Other Uhaul dealers have told me that it is their job to make sure the trailer is secured and the all the lights are functioning. The you lady was nice, but said they didn’t do that here at this site. My husband has a new knee and I have a bad back. That’s why we hired the movers on this booking as well. Both the store clerk, myself and husband struggled to get the trailer to a point that it could be hooked up, but we did it! Well, I won’t be doing that again. Like I said, the girl was super kind and helpful, but this wasn’t the level of UHaul support we are accustomed to.
