Used mobile app however it was super easy and I even had to call customer service and it only took a couple minutes before I was connected to a human!

I just dropped the truck off and left the keys in the locked key box. I had no interactions with anyone. I really can't rate the service so I just answered the questions so the survey would be complete. Maybe you should add a N/A option for those of us who just drop off the equipment.
