No one was there. I had to call the 1-800 number for help. I should have been told when I secured the trailer that no one was going to be on site. They registered me online, then I had move a trailer that was touching the one I picked up. I hooked it up myself and by the time I got internet connection to share my "hook up" photos, the link was no longer valid. The trailer worked great and I dropped it off the same day in Lansing.

Had to drive 1 hour and 10 minutes out of my way because the town I brought the trailer to I was told was not accepting any more equipment. Gas is over 4 dollars a gallon and I was forced to drive 2 hrs and 20 minutes round trip just for drop off. Ridiculous

WILLIAM HUsed mobile app however it was super easy and I even had to call customer service and it only took a couple minutes before I was connected to a human!
Sheila TI just dropped the truck off and left the keys in the locked key box. I had no interactions with anyone. I really can't rate the service so I just answered the questions so the survey would be complete. Maybe you should add a N/A option for those of us who just drop off the equipment.
