Michael EI had to travel an extra 20+ miles to pick up and return the truck that I needed which resulted in in an extra milage charges @ $.99/ mile. The U haul facility near me "Electronics Unlimited' is less than 2 miles away, I made the reservation well in advance U Haul should have made an effort to provide the requested truck at this location.
