There was a combination lock on the truck door that took 30 minutes to cut off which caused the move to go over the allotted time with movers costing me an extra $90. Will not use Uhaul ever again

The app is terrible and kicked me off as I was hitting submit to return it. I had to call a representative and be on the phone for another 45 min while figuring out how to send the pictures of the returned truck. Since the all closed out. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company before, and will never make the mistake of using you guys again.
