Great customer service with attention to detail
EDWARD WEverytime I rent a truck from there the gas tank is not properly filled to what they claim, they always charge me for safe move even though I declined it making me have to call customer service to get a refund of the $15, and the worker has no personality and gets upset if you ask questions or tell him anything wrong with the truck. I will never go back. This was my 3rd time using them. 3 strikes and you're out. Please refund me the 15. I already submitted a help ticket. Thanks the worker is committing fraud Everytime he does that by the way.
