Dealer was not honest about charges. He never asked if we wanted 'safe move' coverage, all he asked was what we were moving, and we said we were taking stuff back to Costco. He said that we hd to return it with the same amount of gas that we leave with, leading us to believe that it made no difference about the mileage, and didn't mention any mileage fees. He did ask how many miles we were going, and we said about 25, and when we got in the truck, shut the door, the only thing on the dash gauges was "the driver door is not closed". We tried to shut it three times and it still gave us the same notice. We were able to slam the hell out of the door and what do you know, the mileage appeared. You sent a notice to my phone after we had left the yard and 10-15 min later, I see this message and it's saying to take pictures of the truck, which we never did. Then, when we returned the truck, in about 2 hrs, the dealer said we would get the receipt in 20-30 min. Had we Sean the total bill at the time, we would have disputed this with the dealer, but without the final, we were left empty handed. The truck had 150,000 miles on it and is in need of serious mechanical attention. There are many places to rent trucks available and seeing as your dealer don't tell about all the charges, compared to renting on line. I will expect a refund of some of these charges. Cheryl HCharlie the person we had do deal with the worst person ever!! He acts like we were Ian inconvenience and he probably hates his job!!! Will not ever return or recommend this location!!!! Plus I returned the truck at 4:12 pm when they closed at 4 pm put key in box in front of store but was charged 2 days rental which is totally unacceptable!!!!!
