The app wouldn't let me upload images of the U-haul which was a little stressful since I was checking in via the app before hours. Additionally, I was not able to check out on the app properly. Otherwise, it was an easy process. Thanks.

DEBRA OThe check in process should be close to the building. The hooks for the visors were falling out of the vehicle. Not a great area to leave your car. The check in process kept making me re-input the same info over and over.
