I think this facility was a little underhanded, they said I had less than a quarter tank almost an eighth. Which I had pictures showing I had at least a little over a quarter. They charge me for $15 for gas and $30 surcharge. But I had taken a pic when I picked up the truck and another pic when I dropped off proving my case. This place should not be trusted. I called and talk to a lady at the U-Haul corporate office and sent her pictures of before and after to prove my point and they gave me credit. Do not choose this place not to be trustedJEFFREY H.

I was told the tank was full and it was not and I filled it to where I found it, about 3/4 tank. Then charged a fuel charge. Also charged for a drop off fee which I've never been charged before. It was 2p in the afternoon???? I will be calling to file a complaint. Negative experience!CHERYL S.

The equipment was not in good working condition. The tire rims were bent up- the jack lift did not work properly- there was no assistance hooking up the trailer- they told me to hook it up then bring it over to the office so they could check it!Glenn B.

No extra measures evident for dealing with covid-19 worries about cleanliness. No masks by the staff and no guidelines for social distancing. I used my own cleaner to be sure the cabin was clean since there was no indication that anything had been done bu=y the staff.
