The zip tie on the dolly broke while in transit to our location. We never used the dolly for any purpose and the gentleman at this location argued about this. We have pictures showing that we used our own dolly to move our stuff. Back of truck was dirty along with the inside.

It was supposed to be $19.99 a day in town and .98 cents a mile. I went 26 miles and ended up paying $76 dollars. That was too expensive when I only had the van for about 0ne hour. How did what should have been $46 dollars turn into $76? I also swept out the van and filled the tank before I brought it back.
