The staff was very rude to me and other customers, when I returned the truck back the same day at 4:30pm the employee of that location came in on the next business day and charged me $210.29 dollars , which I didn’t understand . Scammers
Shavonne MThey should lose their franchise. Poor service and not friendly. They opened at 9:30 and he would not help me until 10:00. The center was empty.
mark bStaffer was rude, charge me for fees for certain coverages that I didn’t select when reserving online.Vehicle was also not at fuel level as he stated and I was charged an extra gasoline fee. When I tried disputing the charges he told me to call Uhaual and hung up on me.
