The staff was kind and made the process easy for us. We weren’t able to park the truck in the same spot we picked it up in, but the lady working the counter said it was no problem. I’m glad everything went smoothly and we had no issues.

My reservation was moved to a different location than originally chosen. When we arrived the Business Owner, Henry was shocked we reserved it for 9am when his business didn’t open until 9:30 am. It didn’t seem like he had been notified the change had taken place. Better communication amongst the business owners is suggested. Henry was very patient and took care of us, despite being incredibly busy first thing when he opened. He was helpful and I would use or recommend his location again.

KIM WI tried the app but I still had to go into the store. I purchased a dolly but didn’t realize until my destination that one wasn’t included. App/ store (they spoke mostly Spanish) communication was not great.
