Gabby, was a great help and very professional. U-haul company I rate as a 1 star. Made reservations 27 days prior for a 15 ft truck, from Gabby at Lake Lowell. Then U-Haul MOVES my location for the pickup to a different location as U-Haul checked out the trucks from Lake Lowell. Settled for a 10ft as my storage unit is at Lake Lowell. Please U-Haul, people like to get a vehicle where they will or have a storage unit as that makes it more convenient for the customers. I am not satisfied with U-Haul company.
