Very disappointed. I requested to pick up the U-Haul in Lethbridge weeks in advance, only to find out one day before pick up I had to get the unit in Nanton. I did not receive the dolly I rented, but I was charged for the rental. I also was not compensated for the extra time and mileage required to adjust the pick-up location. Further, I could not communicate with the representative in Nanton due to an extreme language barrier.
Richard OI was supposed to have some disposable blankets purchased and waiting for me and they were not there and now I’m being charged for something that wasn’t received and penalized. Also I travelled an hour and half to get the truck because it was not delivered to my location.
