When we took the vehicle, there was under half a tank of gas in it. When we brought it back, we had to fill it to the mark we took it at, and that’s difficult to figure, so we filled it more. We didn’t want to get charged extra for gas. The gas tank SHOULD be full when a person picks it up, so that we can top it up and pay for exactly what we used. Especially at the price of gas right now! This wasn’t fair that we ended up paying more! I would recommend the location as they are friendly enough, but I’m really not happy with how it’s not part of procedure to have the tank filled!

Was overcharged on the mileage. On estimate km was entered then it was taken as miles. Was billed for over 200 km when it was not even 100

wilmer bthis location was good to deal with U haul themselves not so much I had a one way haul from prince albert to High river and had to go to meadow lake to get a trailer probably because they didn't want to sent their trailer away from prince albert meadow lake had a few of them so you can't tell me the big center didn't have a couple was also told saskatoon didn't have any which would of been an hour closer I live between High river and nanton with a U haul center in Nanton 10 mins.. away to drop it off yet they wanted me to take it over an hour to calgary to which I said no way I dropped it in Nanton and told them that is as far extra I was towing it after the episode in saskatchewan
