The last person who rented it left the lights on which I did not notice. I went from the rental to Tim Hortons. I had to wait 15 minutes before it would start again. After that my rental was great, smooth ride and did the job. I will rent from this location again mainly because of the customer service from the woman who served me. Informative and very helpful with the process. Thanks for your help.

Not helpful at all. Returned keys the same day as rental, only to be told to come back the next day. Then came back the next day and was charged an extra day rental, even though the truck was left in their parking lot overnight!
Tanya MAfter I picked up the trailer and got home the brakes were very hot and smelt like they were stuck and had a very low tire of air. Had to bring it back to a U haul centre. I wasted 5 hours two hours of driving and bought a trailer wiring adapter that I don’t need. Wasted about $200.00 dealing with this nonsense. Didn’t expect this from U-Haul. Richie Oomen
ADRIAN OI have rented uhauls a couple of times before but this experience was not very good. The wait time to pick it up was long, as the proper person to handle giving the uhaul was not available. It was a lady at the reception of the convenience store, who was helpful but there was no manager or anyone to guide me through the process, and at one point I was given her phone to talk with the manager through the process. It was not easy or straightforward. Then I was given the keys to the truck with no further guidance, and it was hard to find it as there was snow on all of them. I had to wait again to get guidance And as the truck had snow, i had to clear it all to even begin starting and driving it. I had to use my own brush and clear it all, ice and snow This process felt unprofessional to me as I usually have an easy guided way to get the truck and use it right away. On top of this is was also charge extra for fuel even though I returned it with the specified amount, which i discussed with an agent It was an unhappy experience
Matthew SThere was a lot of hassle booking and paying for the rental and the truck had damage on the driver side door which made it hard to close the door. There was a large stain of some sort on the passenger side inside the cab
