I have rented uhauls a couple of times before but this experience was not very good. The wait time to pick it up was long, as the proper person to handle giving the uhaul was not available. It was a lady at the reception of the convenience store, who was helpful but there was no manager or anyone to guide me through the process, and at one point I was given her phone to talk with the manager through the process. It was not easy or straightforward. Then I was given the keys to the truck with no further guidance, and it was hard to find it as there was snow on all of them. I had to wait again to get guidance And as the truck had snow, i had to clear it all to even begin starting and driving it. I had to use my own brush and clear it all, ice and snow This process felt unprofessional to me as I usually have an easy guided way to get the truck and use it right away. On top of this is was also charge extra for fuel even though I returned it with the specified amount, which i discussed with an agent It was an unhappy experience

There was a lot of hassle booking and paying for the rental and the truck had damage on the driver side door which made it hard to close the door. There was a large stain of some sort on the passenger side inside the cab
COLSEN BWas a total nightmarre. Booked . Changed. Went further to get truck. Couldnt get it. Went further. Emded up 70 miles away and lost half a day
Andrew CMake sure employees are properly trained. Poor guy was new and not sure what to do so it took almost an hour to get our rental and equipment. I also didn't get any way to upload my information before hand. If you don't already have that system it might be helpful for future rentals!
KRISTINE TRipal Was very attentive and helped us drop off the equipment transfer trailer. We will be dropping off the truck today.
