Frustrating to book equipment for pickup at a location that never stocks said item just to be told last minute i need to pick up at a different location (I have no problem driving an extra hour and a half to pick it up but just let me know off the hop the og location was never an option, maybe software update time?) it took a very long time for the tender to figure out how to even work the computer to allow me to pick up the equipment, finally just gave me a number and said its out somewhere in the lot good luck. couldn't make simple changes for drop off day etc. ended up with an additional $60 charge that was never mentioned during booking until the day of pickup.

JAMES BThe last person who rented it left the lights on which I did not notice. I went from the rental to Tim Hortons. I had to wait 15 minutes before it would start again. After that my rental was great, smooth ride and did the job. I will rent from this location again mainly because of the customer service from the woman who served me. Informative and very helpful with the process. Thanks for your help.
Timothy MNot helpful at all. Returned keys the same day as rental, only to be told to come back the next day. Then came back the next day and was charged an extra day rental, even though the truck was left in their parking lot overnight!
Tanya MAfter I picked up the trailer and got home the brakes were very hot and smelt like they were stuck and had a very low tire of air. Had to bring it back to a U haul centre. I wasted 5 hours two hours of driving and bought a trailer wiring adapter that I don’t need. Wasted about $200.00 dealing with this nonsense. Didn’t expect this from U-Haul. Richie Oomen
