The location and agent were terrific! The problem I had was my reservation was confirmed for Yorkvilee, IL and you had me drive over 20 miles too pick up my trailer.

The process to get the truck rental using the iPhone was very complicated for me. The person in charge of the rental was uncooperative with me. He said that because I opted out to do myself using the iphone, he was not able to help me.
