The woman who was there in person was amazing. She was super helpful, and happy to make my rental easier. I did not like the virtual manager, nor do I like having to use my phone for all the rental information. The truck was not clean at all, the cab was filthy, and the back was not swept out from the previous use, who may have been moving dirt. Spend more money on having people working for you, not technology.

SVEN FThe particular truck I rented had a very bad mechanical habit. When braking at anytime, the alignment would pull hard to the left. Might be time for some maintenance and I just wanted you all to know. I had to use the truck for a lot of miles and it happened every time.
