Did not supply me with the hand truck needed to do the move had to purchase one at home depot. Have used uhaul for all my moving experiences and always had a great experience. The last two times shows where the business is going.

Check in the vehicle is a long process that I feel as a customer I shouldn’t be doing it’s called employee somebody that works. There should be doing it. I pay you for the rental of the vehicle. You need to pay an employee to check the vehicle in not me sitting there for 40 minutes, checking the vehicle in with all the questions to answer when it came time for check-in to having to take pictures
