The gentleman at the actual location was great a very accommodating. The regional office or corporate reservation was NOT. They cancelled my reservation twice, but the local office worked with them to put it back into place and get me the equipment I needed. Prior to showing up on site -- this was probably my worst U-Haul experience to date. Again -- the local office where we did the pick up and actually worked with folks face to face -- they were great! Tighter location -- but they helped us hook up the trailer and coached me through a couple things with the rig because it was larger.

Providing the tools I ordered with the uhaul

ANDERSON AThis location needs better security because I was swarmed by day laborers who were looking for work! It was quite a troubling experience and unsafe. Lastly, I was charged for two gallons of fuel at the cost of $11.50 and I have a picture of the gas gauge that reflects the same gas level as when I picked up the vehicle I would like a refund!
