I obviously have utilized UHaul before and paid no mileage charge and was hit with a $600 additional fee. This is unacceptable as I did not pay the in town rate. This is a travesty.

GENEVIEVE JDavid was awesome! I had to pick up a couch and needed a cargo van for a little bit. I was nervous about the experience but David was nothing but pleasant and patient; he walked me through the steps on my phone and even walked me to the van on the lot. I was really impressed and I will be using this location again in the future
