My experience with uhaul this time was terrible. The rep at Abbott was kind and helpful but the ones at Annex before I got to Abbott were AWFUL. Rude, incompetent at the companies systems, and not helpful. The store manager put his finger in my face and shushed me when I was only trying to tell him how to spell my last name because it had been misspelled on my account over and over despite my efforts to fix it. It messed up my reservation, and honestly just ruined my whole day. The truck was dirty inside and poorly maintained. Never ever using uhaul again after this, it used to be better.
