The customer service was excellent...the young lady I spoke to was excellent there.was an error and she caught it and corrected the matter before I got a chance to see it...she followed up on all issues and because of her professionalism my rental experience was EXCELLENT

CHARLIE RThis was the first time I rented a Uhaul from this location and I must say that it must be owned by a family that includes the parents and adult children and all included are very nice and willing to work with the customers that makes it easier for the customers which is very rare these days and I very much respect the way that they work at this particular facility.
