I was initially supposed to pick up at a different location but they did not have the size I requested. Ended up needing to drive an extra 2 and a half hours to pick up U-Haul and then have since been charged for the extra km that U-Haul forced me to drive. Currently working on getting reimbursed for thos miles

ADAM WWe dropped it off after hours.
ARTHUR WIt was a garage , it was just a 24/7 app drop off location( would be nice to know that before hand). No issues that it was just an app drop off but we stood waiting for the guy to come out and finally just started the app drop off process. Only reason I would recommend this location as it was the closest drop off to where I went and would fire warn them it was an app drop off location.
