It was unfortunate that there was no smaller vehicle available. Van would have been more than sufficient, but I had to rent a truck. Best would have been an average sized car. But the fellow in Nelson was very helpful.

Vendor should be more organized, truck was not ready despite reservation took nearly 45 minutes from time arrival to get truck and leave. Owner was conducting other business while we we attempting to get truck. Not an enjoyable or efficient customer experience.

Trailers are in a remote dirt lot , with no assistance to load or unload , trailer had almost bald tires . Wire connections were cracked and bare . These units are not inspected , serviced or safe ?

I had to park my trailer in their parking lot, unhook the trailer and lift it off the ball. I felt this was not good service. The gentleman in Penticton was very helpful and accommodating by contrast.
