My frustration was that I rented the trailer at my home location but had to pick it up at another location that was 175 km round trip from where I had originally booked. I had a 6 hour trip after lading the trailer so the additional driving was not helpful. I am not sure why Uhaul cannot ensure that a trailer that was booked a month in advance cannot is at the original location requested? Also the attendant at the pick up point was not very have helpful or interested. No help hooking up the trailer that was parked in a bad location and if I was not a reasonably strong person I would not have been able to do it. The trailer itself was great so no concerns there!
