Wasn't notified the truck I booked is unavailable. Was given keys to a smaller truck without being told that it was a different truck. Had to contact support to confirm that the dealer changed it without informing. Had to take multiple trips in the smaller truck and double the payment to movers since it took longer than it would have with the bigger truck. Worst experience ever

I picked up the car on the evening and loaded it at my house and when I was closing the door, it was stuck half way through, I contacted support and couldn’t get road side assistance and it’s been delayed till morning. My whole house is in a truck sitting on the road with door open, very bad service
VINAY YThis is twice I've been directed to this location when renting a truck and the staff at this location are very uninformed and not very helpful. They charge more than estimated online and have no answers. They just say "call uhaul". The truck was a bit damaged but good overall. It was however dirty inside with garbage and debris that needed cleaning by us before use. We got a $50 rebate separately for the change in location this last time we rented but it was quite expensive for the service we got.
