The U-Haul was filthy and had rice all over the seat and someone’s finger nails on the passenger side.. it also had an awful odour.

Got an already dirty U-Haul and got charged for cleaning fee... Can not believe how expensive it is to do a local move. I spent less on a 25ft truck moving across Ontario than I did in a move that was 15 minutes away. Super fucking expensive. Location was alright. No clear parking areas, reception that doesn't speak the best English and then gives you attitude when parking it in the exact spot he told you to... Terrible experience will definitely not recommend this location nor U-Haul in general for "local moves". Almost $400 was only because of MILEAGE.... so when it's across Ontario it's $258 with HUNDREDS of kms... And $380 for a local move? Nasty fucking work.
Phillip CI ended up putting more gas in the tank than needed as the tank was not half full. I took a photo of the gas gauge and the employee didn’t care! Won’t be back!!!!
scottt nTruck has a check engine light, pluse all the truck use to make creek sounds seems like the front door was loose. Didn’t feel safe driving.
Hitarth TThe customer service at this location is terrible. The short Asian guy at the shop has got a temper and would not take his time to explain the processes involved in returning a truck and just walked off in the middle of a conversation. The tall black guy could hardly maintain an interest in engaging in a conversation with a customer. Maintained a disinterested face all throughout the transaction. The worst part is that the AC unit in your 2 truck does not work, making the long drive to and fro a painful ordeal in the blistering heat. You need to do better.
