Amazing service and clean truck, didnt get charged cleaning fee or fuel charges because I actually swept my mess when done and put gas back to where it was when I got the truck. Will keep renting from this location

HAYTHAM QDifferent drop-off location than chosen: I was asked to drop off the cargo van in a different place than I originally chose, resulting in extra mileage and fuel consumption that I paid out of pocket, not to mention the hassle of getting my personal car back from where I picked up the van.
Reza SLocation staff were great to deal with. Unfortunately the system was down and they were unable to process my pickup. They directed me to use my phone which also didn't work. This resulted in taking almost.an hour to pickup the truck. Location and size of truck were changed from original booking. I also booked moving pads which were unavailable at this location. All of this ended up costing me more as I was required to make multiple trips and get additional help as the truck did not have a ramp which was required.
