Both pick up and return process was horrible. Pick up they did not give any detail other than where to pick up the truck and where to leave the key. They left out the fact that I had to go back to their location not where the truck is, in order to start the return process and then during the return process, I had to take photos so I had to return back to the location of the lot where the truck was take the photos there I only receive helpful information from the agent on the phone at the U-Haul company

I highly do not recommend this location. First of all, the parking area for the trucks is located far away from the actual store where you pick up and drop off the keys, and this is absolutely nowhere mentioned in the instructions. It causes a lot of confusion and back-and-forth walking, especially in bad weather. Secondly, they charged me a $25 "Cleaning Fee" out of nowhere! I returned the truck completely clean and empty, and I have clear before-and-after photos to prove it. To make things worse, they owed me a refund because my actual mileage (60 km) was less than my initial estimate (80 km). Instead of refunding my money for the unused mileage, they surprisingly invented this cleaning fee to keep the cash. Unfair business practice and terrible customer experience. Avoid this location if you can!
Mohsen NFirst of all, I would like to thank your customer support team. I was initially charged a cleaning fee and fuel charge that did not appear accurate. I contacted the agent who assisted me with both the truck pickup and return process, and he resolved the matter promptly and professionally. I appreciated his help and responsiveness. That said, I would also like to share a couple of concerns regarding the overall experience. The U-Haul office location and the truck parking lot being more than a kilometre apart was somewhat inconvenient, especially during a moving day. In addition, I would appreciate greater accuracy regarding fuel calculations and cleaning fee assessments, as the initial charges required unnecessary follow-up. Overall, I appreciate the support I received from the staff and wanted to provide this feedback in the hope of improving the customer experience.

STUART JWe had to scramble because another location cancelled our reservation at the last minute. We were so thankful that the Banaue Sari Sari Store had a vehicle for us, but more than that, they were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. We'll rent from this location again in the future!

I realize it was a morning off due to 11th November Remembrance Day. Very easy to get the key as I called and your rep was polite and assisted me . I will likely rent again from that location. Thanks
Sylvie DI booked a few days earlier to pick up the truck at the Orleans center in Ottawa, two to the pick up Uhaul called and informed me the truck is not available and that I would have to drive almost 1 hour to the other side of town to pick up a truck as that's the only location available. this totally disrupted all my plans as i was driving from Montreal to Ottawa and now needed to factor in the extra drive and time. A company that values their customer would have made the effort to position the truck at the original booked location considering you had two days to do this. Very disappointed with the service

SYLVAIN GYou can improve by not tricking customers. I rented a 10' truck from this location today from 4:16pm to 8:20pm, drove 43km. Refueled 15.242L gas at Petro-Canada before returning the truck (I have the gas station receipt). When I got home, I received an U-Haul receipt by email, in which they charged me $30.99 for 17L gas. So this truck consumed 15+17=32L for running 43km? It's a light truck, not a tank! I had taken photos of the dashboard before and after the rental, the gas meter clearly shows I returned with more gas than when I got the truck. What happened U-HAUL?
