Omari FSianni (the person at the counter) was very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. This was a "Neighbourhood" U-Haul. My one specific recommendation is that I rented the truck for Middletown, NJ but was told that I had to pick it up in Neptune, NJ (about 20 miles away). It would have been more convenient if U-Haul could've driven the truck up to Middletown. Otherwise, the rental pick up was very smooth.
