It's frustrating when trying to drop the van/truck off and you have to take pictures. I tried last night for a good ten minutes to get the app to accept the pictures I took. They were clear, but for some reason they were unacceptable. I gave up, locked the van and deposited the key in the box. It shouldn't be this hard but it always is.
