This is no fault to whoever was working, and more s,o the fault of U-Haul. I honestly want to request a refund for the trouble I was put through during my reservation. To start, the app had me sitting in the parking lot for nearly 40 minutes into my reservation time "verifying my information." After finally getting the loading page through and retrieving the van keys, The app then did not let me upload any photos of the van, which had prior damage to me picking it up. I was walking around the van for what felt like 20 minutes, retaking and uploading photos that never went through. Then van I recieved had dirt all over the back, thank God I brought a blanket to lie down. I was also unable to upload the photos of how dirty it was because of the app not working. After that, I still was having trouble uploading and preparing other things, which left me a nervous wreck all day that I would be charged for the state of the vehicle. Never do mobile pick up. So sorry to the front desk employee who had to work that day.

TRAVIS RHighly disappointed in vehicle. Could not use rear ramp- wouldn't disengage. Numerous items and boxes were wet bc of rain. Had to repack numerous boxes. When I shared my dismay over phone, I was told the trucks aren't waterproof, just water resistant. This is absurd
