The process for virtual check in was extremely tedious. If I need a U- Haul in the future, I will make sure to rent from a location with employees on sight. Not having the option to drop off the vehicle at a different location is also very inconvenient and limiting.

I took 2 days off work only to lose an entire day and a half from POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by Uhaul. Do not promise a truck to 4 people. Also my “$29.95 a day” truck cost me over $75. Ridiculous on EVERY level. Not a happy customer at all.
