Do not send an RV into this location to pick-up a car trailer! There is no room to turn around and no room to hook-up. When we arrived, there was no one to assist in hook-up and rig-up. Waited for 45 minutes for help to arrive, and the helper did not want to fasten the car tires to the trailer. He reluctantly did fasten them down, and the fastening straps fell off before arriving to my destination that day. I drove from Wilmington, DE to Ft. Myers, FL with no fastening straps on my front tires and no chains on my front axle! The car made it fine with gear shift in Park and the emergency brake on. It never moved an inch.

Haalid SThe guy that owns the place is very nice. Female lady was rude. I rented a box truck and a truck was all dirty tires sides and truck all covered in mud all type of debris in back of truck. Truck also filthy inside. After they told me what truck it was I went outside and looked at the truck Truck was all banged up and they didn't even do a walk around with me. I went back inside and told them they have three other trucks that are all clean Can I have one of those They said they're for out of state but since I'm using it in-state they only had that one. First thing I had to do after getting it and I was pissed was I went to truck wash to clean all the mud off tires and inside the back of box...I was very very unhappy with this whole experience. Whole time last was checking me out she was coughing and wiping her nose with dirty tissues..Also the store smelled horrible inside as if it was a third world country or a sewer
